Things We’ve Done:

Pack Hikes - Police and FireStation Visits – Caroling – Community Clean-ups – Baseball Games – Camping

Outdoor Adventures:

Pack 1831 Cub Scouts have many opportunities to enjoycamping and the great outdoors. Our Pack camps as a group no less than once a year. This is “family camping” where thewhole family is encouraged to participate.

During the summer, day camp provides four days of funfilled games, crafts, archery, bb-guns, swimming and activities for our youngerscouts. For our older cubs thereis overnight scout camp complete with flag ceremonies, swimming, boating and anentire program based on Webelos level achievements.

What Pack 1831 is Not:

Not Exclusive: We welcome boys, girls and families of all backgrounds.

Not a specific religion: Scouting intentionally embraces a belief in a higher power and offers achievement awards in more than 25 of the worlds religions.

Not day care: You should plan to attend meetings and events and be with your child. Cub Scouting is not intended to be a drop-off activity. Our activities are parent/child oriented. Parents provide our pack and den leadership and everyone is expected to do their part to help run pack and den activities.
